Not only did Julie Anna Wood win Wayne County Jr Miss in 2008,  Saturday night March 7th, 2009 she adds another accomplishment to her long list by winning Wayne County’s Miss Hospitality!

The function of  Miss Hospitality is to promote tourism, industry and economic development in Wayne County and the state of Mississippi. She will be headed to the State Pageant which will be held in Hattiesburg this summer.

Julie Anna is the daughter of Steve and Alecia Wood and the youngest of their children. Julie Anna is a graduate of Wayne Academy and is currently attending Jones Jr College where she is majoring in English with a minor in Spanish.

Julie Anna is pictured with her Mom and Dad as well as friends who were there to cheer her on.

Julie Anna’s boy friend is Reggie Parker, who played football for 2 years at Jones Jr. College and has hopes of playing 2 more years at a Senior College.
