“Marketing Kennedy” is how I like to define one of my favorite business authors, Dan Kennedy.

Dan Kennedy’s business adventures include ownership of six businesses. He appeared for nine consecutive years on the #1 seminar tour in America sharing the platform with former U.S. Presidents Reagan, Ford, and Bush, and business leaders such as Debbi Fields (Mrs. Fields’ Cookies), Jim McCann (1-800-Flowers), and Mark McCormack (What They Don’t Teach You at Harvard Business School) according to his book “No B.S. SALES SUCCESS THE ULTIMATE NO HOLDS BARRED KICK BUTT TAKE NO PRISONERS & MAKE TONS OF MONEY GUIDE”.

This article, “Marketing Kennedy“, is in no way a review about Dan’s book nor in any way to be critical of what Dan is teaching because he has been, and still is, a very successful business man. My goal however, is to mention a few ways that just a few short years and Internet technology has changed the way people are doing business.

Just a few short years ago for most of us to consider selling anything our choices were limited to finding a job in sales or opening our own retail business. Today anyone in the world can “open shop” on the Internet and be in business in one day. The cost of opening shop can be less than $100.00 in some cases. Who could have ever conceived this just 50 years ago?

In chapter one of Dan’s book, “Ignoring the Word No”, he writes about his first and only job working for someone else. He was a sales representative calling on a variety of shops that sold books that were humorous and impulse-purchase items. One small piece of information that had not been disclosed to him was the fact that the previous representative had “orphaned” the territory and created some very unhappy customers. “Marketing Kennedy” quickly became “Miserable Kennedy” as he encountered one after another of very unhappy customers. He goes on in this chapter to write about how he was able to turn “nos” into “yeses” through his shear determination and learning how not to confuse refusal with rejection.

Today many Internet Marketeers struggle with hearing the word NO, dealing with rejection, and eventually giving up. This was the course I was on and would eventually have given up as well until I found a mentor who had a “SYSTEM” that completely eliminates REJECTION!

Marketing has changed so much on the Internet as many have learned the secret of attraction marketing and having a “system” in place that builds a relationship with customers first and then asks for the sell later. With a “system” like this, you never have to hear the word “NO” again because your customers will be calling you first.

It is seldom that a person will purchase anything over the Internet from a stranger when they have seen an offer only one time. Most people require 5 to 12 looks at something before they purchase the item.

This relationship building is accomplished with an AUTORESPONDER. These autoresponders are owned by companies who manage the system but you control the content going to your customers.

One of the most powerful Network Marketing businesses a person could be in, would be to become an affiliate of an autoresponder company. The reason behind this is, because as a person uses this autoresponder, they are putting leads or customers into the autoresponder and because these leads are valuable, the retention rate is very good. Who would drop out of a business after they have spent time or money getting a few thousand leads into an autoresponder system? As an affiliate in this autoresponder system, you will receive 25% commission on every person you personally sponsor and 5% on levels 2 through 5! This is just an additional income stream to help Network Marketeers succeed.

Now that you know the importance of an autoresponder system and the value of being able to market an autoresponder system, let me sweeten this article by letting you know that there is a system available that already has one years worth of email marketing messages written. These emails have been written by a professional email marketer and they are written to accomplish the relationship building and selling on your behalf. In fact the emails are signed by you and your customers believe these emails are coming directly from you!

The real money is in what the “system” is marketing for you. Two funded proposal are offered by the “system”, your clickbank products are marketed by the company, and if you have a primary Network Marketing business, it is marketed as well! If you don’t have a primary business your sponsor will have one and they can help you if you wish to participate with them.

This “system” is very valuable to the Newbie Network Marketer as well as the very experienced Network Marketer and will soon be the way that millions will build huge businesses.

Marketing Kennedy, being the great marketer that he is, stresses in his book how people should “FOLLOW THE MONEY”! I see a pattern in the Internet Marketing World where many people are joining a “SYSTEM” like I am writing about because it is so very practical.
