When it comes to Network Marketing, there are as many ideas as to “how to succeed” as there are coins in a slot machine in Las Vegas; so who do you believe when it comes to Network Marketing?

I was browsing through the book store recently and I picked up a few books written about Network Marketing. I looked at some of the chapter titles; it didn’t take me long to realize some of these authors were still teaching an “old-school method” that is not very successful in today’s market and that made me ask the question “who do you believe when it comes to Network Marketing“?

The first book, which was teaching people what to expect in their first year of Network Marketing is a great example of what I am writing about. The first chapter was “Ignoring The Rejection Rocket“. If that is not old-school, I don’t know what is. Let me explain; if you are marketing on the Internet and you have designed a CAPTURE PAGE that targets a specific customer and you run ads in a newsletter which attracts maybe 200 leads into your auto-responder and you market to them; where is the rejection? You never spoke to these people unless they called you!

The days of picking up the phone, speaking to people who don’t want to hear from me, calling unresponsive leads, and being rejected is not for me! For those who aren’t aware of this, there is a “SYSTEM” that will actually do all of the work for you, also allow you to promote 2 funded proposals, and your primary business, FREE of charge. This “SYSTEM” already has your capture page so you don’t have to worry about building that! This is being called the best thing to ever happen on the Internet and especially for new Internet Marketers. Please, don’t humiliate yourself by being rejected over and over again; it is not necessary!

The second chapter was entitled “Dodging The Depression Torpedo“. I think the previous paragraph would explain why someone would be depressed and how you can make a simple adjustment and change everything. Being rejected and not building a business would cause anyone to be depressed. On the other hand, having a “SYSTEM” that added people to your business automatically and also having the “SYSTEM ” market to your customers every day on your behalf, is rather uplifting in my opinion. This “SYSTEM” levels the playing field for the average marketer and it does what would take hours every day for you to do.

This next chapter had the worse title I could imagine; “Attacking The Warm List Warhead“. The subtitle was “Overcome your reluctance to offer a quality lifestyle to family and friends“.
I must confess, I am an expert on this subject matter. That is why I know for a fact that this is very old-school.  Ask yourself one simple question before you go bugging your friends and family; “if this is such a good idea, why call it attack and warhead“? The difference in attracting  a responsive group of people who are looking for an opportunity (and there are millions on the Internet) and friends and family who are not interested, is like night and day. If you wish to destroy your good name with friends and family, the best way you can accomplish this is by going to them with your opportunity. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOUR OPPORTUNITY!

I was getting angry just reading the chapter titles in this book so I had to put it down!

The next book I picked up was completely different. The first chapter was title “The Power of a Great System“! The sub title was “You are only a couple of sentences away from Terrific Success in Your Network Marketing“.

This author “gets it”. Here is an easy way for me to explain how awesome the right “SYSTEM” can be for your Network Marketing business. Let’s say you are on the East coast and you have a relative to die on the West coast and you are going to the funeral which is 3 days from today. You wouldn’t even have to consider whether you would fly or walk. By walking you wouldn’t make it on time. That is what many people are doing when it comes to Network Marketing. They can’t make it because of the way they are marketing their business. You need an “airplane-like system” to succeed in Network Marketing today. Who you believe when it comes to Network Marketing really isn’t hard when you use a little common sense.

Here is what a good “system” looks like…

1- It provides you with a GREAT capture page to generate leads.

2- It provides an autoresponder for your leads

3- It markets to your leads every day

4- It offers 2 funded proposals for you and markets them as well

5- It markets your PRIMARY business for you

6- It markets clickbank products for you through your clickbank user I.D.

7- It pays you commission on all the people you introduce to this “SYSTEM”

8- It has FREE training and live weekly training

9- It teaches you all the methods of generating leads

10- IT’S FREE!

This is being called the greatest Internet Marketing Tool of all time.
